Since the 2000’s our team have been working on helping businesses save money on their energy consumption. During that time there has been a large amount of trial and error in getting the right mix of savings and ensuring that operations are not compromised.

As an Australian qualified electrician and over 12 years of experience deploying energy saving solutions in Australia, Todd established, what is now, EES in Bali to assist local Bali businesses. With a mantra of “We don’t inherit the Earth from our parents; we borrow it from our children” Todd is totally focused on ensuring EES delivers solutions that focus on reducing a business’s carbon footprint, whilst also assisting company’s reduce their energy bills.

Cameron Fidler

An Australian Certified Practicing Accountant with a Law Degree from the University of London, Cameron has been working in South East Asia and beyond since 1995. During that time Cameron has worked in industries as diverse as oil and gas services, manufacturing, gold mining, project management and equipment rental. Now calling Bali home Cameron brings his experience gained from these different environments to EES to ensure proper governance and delivery of savings to Bali businesses.

Andri is a highly accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, International Trading, and B2B Relationship Management. His career has been defined by a commitment to excellence in building strategic, long-term partnerships and delivering measurable business growth across a variety of international markets. Renowned for his communication skills Andri is dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions that not only support businesses in achieving significant cost savings but also contribute to environmental stewardship. By helping clients minimize unnecessary energy expenses, Andri contributes to their long-term profitability while promoting eco-friendly practices. Erjuan Naibaho

Finance Manager

Erjuan is an accounting graduate from the University of Riau. Starting his career as an accountant in an oil palm plantation company for 9 years he later moved into the field of environmentally friendly fashion before starting with EES. For Erjuan EES aligns with his values by also playing an important role in environmentally friendly business. Moving to EES has helped Erjuan expand his knowledge and appreciation of the benefits of being more environmentally responsible. His wish is that more businesses realise the importance of environmental responsibility

Abdul G Firdaus

Operations Manager

Firdaus is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the deployment of EES solutions with our partners. An Engineering (Electrical) graduate of Brawijaya University Malang , Firdaus has spent his previous 20 years working in various MEP roles within a number of prestigious companies in Indonesia. Recognising the benefits of using less power, Firdaus is driven by overcoming challenges faced with businesses and their “normal way of business”

Fransiskus Xaverius Agus

Electrician

Xaav is the man responsible for getting his hands dirty and performing our installations with professionalism and quality as his 2 main driving factors. Starting his working life with a PLN apprenticeship, Xaav has come to EES where he hopes to help Bali and the world reduce their carbon emissions, which he sees as a top priority

Komang Wahyu

Data Engineer

Komang is a qualified electrical engineer who started his apprenticeship at PLN. Responsible for designing the correct system to accurately capture meaningful information around power usage, Komang is motivated by his belief that everyone is obliged to be sensitive to and care about the environment. Recognising the impact that carbon emissions have on the environment, human health and economic instability, Komang’s main aim is to help businesses understand where they are using their energy and how they can implement solutions to be much more efficient in their use of it
